Welcome to FanzCentral (“Platform”), owned and operated by Presstige LLC, a Nevada Limited Liability Company (“FanzCentral,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Platform, including the website, applications, subscription services, messaging systems, creator tools, digital content services, and related functionalities available through FanzCentral.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to access or use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
• You are at least eighteen (18) years old;
• You possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements; and
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The Platform strictly prohibits access by minors. Any fraudulent misrepresentation of age shall constitute a material breach of these Terms. The Platform is intended for access by users globally, subject to applicable local laws and regulations. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of the Platform is lawful within their respective jurisdictions. The Company reserves the right to restrict or prohibit access to the Platform in any country, state, or jurisdiction where the Platform’s services or activities may violate applicable laws, regulations, or payment processor requirements.

• Platform FanzCentral is a subscription-based digital content platform that permits verified content creators (“Creators”) to upload, publish, distribute, and monetize lawful content for viewing by subscribed users (“Subscribers”). The Platform may include:
• Creator uploads;
• Subscriptions;
• Messaging systems;
• Digital media sharing;
• User interactions;
• Paid content access;
• Promotional tools; and
• Related features. FanzCentral acts solely as an intermediary platform provider and does not produce, direct, commission, supervise, or participate in creator-generated content.

• Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted under their accounts. The Company reserves the right to:
• Request identity verification;
• Suspend accounts;
• Reject registrations;
• Remove accounts; or
• Restrict access at its sole discretion. Users may not:
• Impersonate others;
• Create fraudulent accounts;
• Share accounts; or
• Circumvent security measures.

• All uploaded content is lawful;
• All participants are adults aged eighteen (18) years or older;
• All participants have consented to recording and distribution;
• You possess all rights necessary to publish the content;
• No coercion, trafficking, force, exploitation, or unlawful conduct exists in connection with the content; and
• The content complies with all applicable laws, Platform policies, and payment processor requirements. Creators are solely responsible for:
• Uploaded content;
• Taxes;
• Compliance obligations;
• Obtaining releases and consents;
• Maintaining legally required records, including age verification, identity verification, and participant consent records; and
• Maintaining all rights necessary to distribute uploaded content. The Company reserves the right to reject, remove, demonetize, restrict, suspend, or report Creator content at any time.

• Creators retain ownership of their content. By uploading content, Creators grant FanzCentral a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
• Host;
• Reproduce;
• Distribute;
• Display;
• Promote;
• Moderate; and
• Remove such content. Users shall not:
• Copy;
• Record;
• Redistribute;
• Screenshot for commercial purposes;
• Pirate;
• Reproduce; or
• Exploit Platform content without authorization. Unauthorized redistribution may result in:
• Termination;
• Legal action;
• Copyright claims; and
• Law enforcement referral.

• Users may not upload, distribute, promote, request, or engage in content involving:
• Minors or age ambiguity;
• Child sexual abuse material;
• Human trafficking;
• Coercion;
• Non-consensual acts;
• Violence or exploitation;
• Incest;
• Bestiality;
• Rape;
• Sexual assault;
• Revenge pornography;
• Escort services;
• Prostitution-related services;
• Fraud;
• Harassment;
• Hate speech;
• Copyright infringement;
• Impersonation;
• Illegal drugs or weapons;
• AI-generated, synthetic, manipulated, deepfake, or digitally altered explicit content; or
• Any unlawful activity. The Company maintains zero tolerance for illegal content.

• FanzCentral reserves unrestricted rights to:
• Monitor content;
• Investigate conduct;
• Pre-screen uploads;
• Refuse publication of content;
• Remove content;
• Suspend accounts;
• Terminate services;
• Cooperate with law enforcement; and
• Preserve evidence where legally necessary. Moderation may occur manually, automatically, or through third-party tools. The Company is under no obligation to publish or maintain any content. The Company may preserve removed content and associated records for compliance, evidentiary, regulatory, audit, payment processor, security, or law enforcement

• Verification & Compliance The Platform may require identity verification, age verification, government-issued identification, selfie verification, liveness verification, third-party verification, or any combination thereof at any time. Failure to comply with verification requests may result in:
• Account suspension;
• Demonetization;
• Content removal; or
• Permanent termination. Users consent to compliance reviews necessary for payment processor, regulatory, or legal obligations. The Company reserves the right to require re-verification of any User or Creator at any time for compliance, fraud prevention, legal, security, regulatory, or payment processor purposes.

• Users shall not:
• Harass others;
• Solicit illegal conduct;
• Threaten users;
• Distribute malware;
• Engage in fraud;
• Attempt to exploit other users; or
• Use messaging systems for unlawful purposes. The Company reserves the right to review communications where reasonably necessary for:
• Safety;
• Legal compliance;
• Fraud prevention;
• Enforcement purposes; or
• Compliance with payment processor requirements.

• Payments Certain Platform services require paid subscriptions. By subscribing, Users authorize recurring billing through the designated payment processor. Subscription fees may renew automatically unless canceled before renewal dates. Users are responsible for maintaining valid payment methods. The Company reserves the right to:
• Modify pricing;
• Suspend transactions;
• Deny payments; or
• Investigate suspicious activity. The Company reserves the right to delay, suspend, withhold, offset, reverse, or cancel payments, earnings, or payouts where reasonably necessary to investigate:
• Fraud;
• Chargebacks;
• Disputes;
• Policy violations;
• Legal risks;
• Compliance concerns; or
• Payment processor requirements.

• Users may cancel subscriptions at any time. Cancellation shall take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and current subscription periods shall remain non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Refund requests may only be considered in limited circumstances involving:
• Unauthorized transactions;
• Duplicate charges;
• Verified billing errors;
• Fraudulent processing activity; or
• Unlawful transactions confirmed by the Company. The Company reserves sole discretion regarding approval or denial of refund requests. Users are encouraged to contact the Company before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes. Fraudulent, abusive, excessive, or unwarranted chargebacks may result in:
• Account suspension;
• Account termination;
• Collection efforts;
• Reporting to payment processors; or
• Other enforcement actions permitted by applicable law.

• All Platform trademarks, branding, logos, interfaces, software, designs, systems, and proprietary materials belong to Presstige LLC or its licensors. Users may not:
• Reverse engineer;
• Scrape;
• Duplicate;
• Commercially exploit; or
• Otherwise misuse Platform systems or intellectual property without authorization.

Complaints FanzCentral respects intellectual property rights.

Copyright complaints may be submitted to: complaints@fanzcentral.com Rights holders, authorized representatives, or agents may submit complaints on behalf of content owners.

Repeat infringers may have accounts permanently terminated.

moderation concerns, intellectual property complaints, payment disputes, and appeals shall be governed by the Platform’s Complaints & Appeals Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Company shall make reasonable efforts to acknowledge complaints within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt.

The Company shall endeavor to conduct an initial review and issue a determination within three (3) to five (5) business days, where reasonably practicable and subject to the complexity of the matter.

Any User or Creator who is dissatisfied with a determination may submit an appeal within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving notice of the decision.

Appeals shall be submitted in accordance with the procedures set out in the Complaints & Appeals Policy.

The Company shall endeavor to review appeals and issue a determination within thirty (30) calendar days following receipt of all information reasonably required for review.

The Company reserves sole discretion regarding investigations, moderation decisions, content removals, enforcement actions, and appeal determinations, subject to applicable law.

If a User remains dissatisfied following completion of the appeal process, any dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions contained in these Terms, including any applicable arbitration requirements.

• The Company may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for:
• Terms violations;
• Suspected illegal activity;
• Payment fraud;
• Payment processor compliance concerns;
• Violations of Platform policies; or
• Reputational, legal, or security risks. Termination may occur without prior notice where reasonably necessary to protect the Platform, users, regulators, payment processors, or the public.

• PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF:
• Merchantability;
• Fitness for a Particular Purpose;
• Non-Infringement;
• Availability;
• Security;
• Accuracy;
• Reliability; or
• Error-Free Operation. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE FROM DEFECTS, VIRUSES, OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

• EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PRESSTIGE LLC, FANZCENTRAL, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, PAYMENT PROCESSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
• Indirect Damages;
• Incidental Damages;
• Special Damages;
• Consequential Damages;
• Lost Profits;
• Lost Revenue;
• Loss of Data;
• Loss of Content;
• Reputational Harm; or
• Any Other Damages Arising From or Related to the Use of the Platform. THIS LIMITATION SHALL APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ASSERTED AND EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

• Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Presstige LLC, FanzCentral, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, contractors, agents, licensors, payment processors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, fines, penalties, or legal fees arising from:
• Uploaded Content;
• Use of the Platform;
• Violations of these Terms;
• Violations of applicable laws;
• Intellectual Property claims;
• Payment disputes;
• Chargebacks;
• Creator activities; or
• Third-party claims arising from Platform use. This indemnification obligation shall survive termination of these Terms and the User’s use of the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute, claim, controversy, or disagreement arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or any related policy shall first be submitted to binding arbitration.

The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules selected by the Company and shall be conducted in Nevada unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

If arbitration is deemed unenforceable, unavailable, or fails to resolve the dispute, the matter shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction located in Nevada, United States.

Users waive any right to participate in class-action proceedings, class arbitrations, or representative actions to the maximum extent permitted by law.

The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, revise, or update these Terms at any time.

Changes become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.

Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

property, payment obligations, refunds, chargebacks, indemnification, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, compliance investigations, record retention, enforcement actions, and any provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination of these Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Users and the Company regarding use of the Platform and supersede all prior understandings, negotiations, communications, and agreements relating to the subject matter herein.

These Terms shall be read together with the Privacy Policy, Complaints & Appeals Policy, Community Guidelines, Age Verification Policy, Anti-Human Trafficking Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Creator & Content Provider Agreement, and any other policies published by the Company, all of which are incorporated herein by reference to the extent applicable.
