These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of PRESSTIGE LLC("we," "us," or the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Service. We do not permit minors to use the site or appear in any content.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and in accordance with our policies. You may not upload, share, or promote prohibited content, including but not limited to illegal acts, non-consensual content, child exploitation, bestiality, incest, violence prohibited under card network rules, or any material that violates applicable law.

3. User-generated content and pre-screening

Where third-party creators upload content, all user-uploaded content is subject to review before publication. Content remains non-public until approved by our moderation process. We may remove content that violates these Terms or our policies at any time.

4. Creator obligations

Creators must agree to our Creator / Content Provider Agreement, complete identity verification, and obtain documented consent from all persons depicted in their content.

5. Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled. To cancel recurring billing, contact us at support@fanzcentral.com or CCBill Consumer Support at support.ccbill.com. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis by the payment processor.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, branding, and site content are owned by or licensed to PRESSTIGE LLC. Creators retain rights to their original content subject to the licenses granted to us to operate the Service.
