Anti-Human Trafficking Policy

1. Purpose

FanzCentral (“Platform”), operated by Presstige LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), is committed to preventing, detecting, reporting, and combating all forms of human trafficking, sexual exploitation, forced labor, coercion, and abuse.

The Platform maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward human trafficking and any activity that facilitates, promotes, supports, conceals, or profits from trafficking, exploitation, or coercive conduct.

This Policy applies to all users, creators, subscribers, visitors, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, and third parties utilizing or interacting with the Platform.

This Policy forms part of the Platform’s Terms & Conditions, Community Guidelines, Age Verification Policy, Complaints & Appeals Policy, Privacy Policy, and all other Platform policies.

2. Zero-Tolerance Commitment

  • FanzCentral strictly prohibits any activity involving:
  • Human trafficking;
  • Sex trafficking;
  • Forced labor;
  • Debt bondage;
  • Commercial sexual exploitation;
  • Coercion;
  • Sexual servitude;
  • Child exploitation;
  • Modern slavery;
  • Recruitment for unlawful sexual services;
  • Exploitation of vulnerable persons; or
  • Any conduct prohibited by applicable anti-trafficking laws. Any suspected violation may result in immediate enforcement action, including account suspension, content removal, evidence preservation, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

3. Prohibited Activities

  • Users may not use the Platform to:
  • Recruit individuals for prostitution or escort services;
  • Arrange commercial sexual services;
  • Facilitate human trafficking;
  • Advertise trafficking-related services;
  • Promote sexual exploitation;
  • Coerce individuals into creating content;
  • Threaten, intimidate, or manipulate individuals into participation;
  • Solicit sexual services in exchange for money, goods, favors, or benefits;
  • Traffic individuals across jurisdictions;
  • Facilitate forced labor arrangements; or
  • Engage in any activity connected to trafficking or exploitation. Attempts to engage in such conduct are prohibited regardless of whether the conduct is completed.

4. Creator Responsibilities

  • Creators must ensure that:
  • Participation in content is entirely voluntary;
  • All participants are legally competent adults;
  • No participant is subjected to force, threats, intimidation, coercion, fraud, deception, manipulation, or undue influence;
  • All participants have provided informed consent;
  • All participants have successfully completed required verification procedures; and
  • All content complies with applicable laws and Platform policies. Creators are responsible for maintaining records demonstrating compliance with these obligations.

5. Indicators of Trafficking or Exploitation

  • The Company may investigate accounts where indicators of trafficking or exploitation are identified, including:
  • Evidence of coercion;
  • Inconsistent identity information;
  • Third-party control of accounts;
  • Suspicious payment arrangements;
  • Restricted communication by participants;
  • Evidence of intimidation or threats;
  • Repeated reports of exploitation;
  • Signs of abuse or control;
  • Fraudulent verification information; or
  • Any other circumstances suggesting trafficking or exploitation. The presence of one or more indicators may result in immediate investigation and enforcement action.

6. Consent Requirements

  • All individuals appearing in content must provide informed, voluntary, and ongoing consent. Consent must be:
  • Freely given;
  • Specific;
  • Informed;
  • Documented where required;
  • Revocable in accordance with applicable laws; and
  • Provided without coercion, threats, manipulation, or deception. Any content involving suspected non-consensual participation may be removed immediately.

7. Reporting Trafficking Concerns

Users are encouraged to report any suspected trafficking, exploitation, coercion, or related conduct.

8. Investigation Procedures

  • Upon receiving a report, complaint, referral, or identifying suspicious activity, the Company may:
  • Review content and communications;
  • Review account activity and transaction history;
  • Request additional documentation or verification;
  • Conduct enhanced compliance reviews;
  • Restrict account functionality;
  • Suspend monetization privileges;
  • Remove content;
  • Preserve relevant evidence; and
  • Conduct internal investigations. The Company reserves the right to take immediate action where user safety, legal compliance, or Platform integrity may be at risk. The Company may investigate reported conduct regardless of whether a formal complaint has been submitted.

9. Emergency Response Measures

  • Where the Company reasonably believes that trafficking, exploitation, coercion, abuse, or other serious harm may be occurring, the Company may immediately:
  • Suspend accounts;
  • Restrict access to Platform features;
  • Remove or disable content;
  • Suspend monetization;
  • Disable communications between users;
  • Preserve records and evidence;
  • Notify appropriate authorities; and
  • Take any other action reasonably necessary to protect affected individuals. Emergency action may be taken without prior notice to the affected user.

0. Law Enforcement Cooperation

  • The Company cooperates with law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, child protection organizations, anti-trafficking organizations, and other authorized entities investigating trafficking, exploitation, abuse, or criminal conduct. Where permitted or required by law, the Company may disclose:
  • Account records;
  • Verification information;
  • Transaction records;
  • Communications data;
  • Content records;
  • Device and access information; and
  • Other relevant information. Nothing in this Policy shall prevent the Company from complying with lawful requests, court orders, subpoenas, regulatory directives, or legal obligations.

1. Payment Processor Compliance

  • The Company may cooperate with payment processors, acquiring banks, card networks, fraud prevention providers, and compliance partners regarding investigations involving trafficking, exploitation, coercion, abuse, or other prohibited conduct. Accounts associated with such activities may be:
  • Restricted;
  • Suspended;
  • Terminated;
  • Reported to payment processors; or
  • Subject to additional compliance review. The Company may take any action reasonably necessary to maintain compliance with payment processor requirements and industry standards.

2. International Compliance

  • The Platform is accessible globally, subject to local laws and restrictions. Users are responsible for ensuring that their activities comply with all applicable:
  • Anti-trafficking laws;
  • Human rights laws;
  • Criminal laws;
  • Labor laws;
  • Consumer protection laws; and
  • Other applicable legal requirements. Where local laws impose stricter standards than those set forth in this Policy, the stricter standards shall apply. The Company reserves the right to restrict access in jurisdictions where Platform activities may create legal, regulatory, safety, or compliance concerns.

3. Anti-Circumvention

  • Users may not attempt to evade, bypass, interfere with, or undermine the Platform’s anti-trafficking, verification, moderation, or compliance measures. Prohibited conduct includes:
  • Use of false identities;
  • Use of fraudulent documents;
  • Use of another person’s account;
  • Account sharing;
  • Concealment of participant identities;
  • Misrepresentation of consent;
  • Use of intermediaries to conceal activities; or
  • Any attempt to avoid Platform compliance procedures. Attempts to circumvent Platform safeguards shall be treated as serious violations of this Policy.

4. Account Monitoring and Risk Detection

The Company may utilize automated systems, manual review processes, fraud detection tools, compliance monitoring procedures, and other reasonable measures to identify indicators of trafficking, exploitation, coercion, abuse, or unlawful conduct.

Users acknowledge and agree that the Company may conduct ongoing monitoring for compliance, safety, security, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.

The Company’s monitoring efforts are intended to support user safety and compliance but do not guarantee detection of every violation.

5. Enforcement Actions

  • Violations of this Policy may result in one or more of the following actions:
  • Warnings;
  • Content removal;
  • Demonetization;
  • Temporary restrictions;
  • Account suspension;
  • Permanent account termination;
  • Reporting to payment processors;
  • Reporting to regulatory authorities;
  • Referral to law enforcement agencies; and
  • Preservation of evidence for investigative purposes. The Company reserves sole discretion regarding the nature and extent of enforcement actions.

6. Retention of Records

  • The Company may retain records relating to:
  • Investigations;
  • Reports;
  • Complaints;
  • Verification procedures;
  • Enforcement actions;
  • Compliance reviews; and
  • Communications related to trafficking concerns. Records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to satisfy legal obligations, regulatory requirements, payment processor obligations, fraud prevention efforts, risk management objectives, and law enforcement cooperation requirements.

7. Good Faith Reporting

Users who report suspected trafficking, exploitation, coercion, or abuse in good faith will not be subject to adverse action solely because a report is later determined to be unsubstantiated.

However, knowingly false, malicious, fraudulent, or abusive reports may result in enforcement action under the Platform’s policies.

8. Policy Changes

The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, supplement, or update this Policy at any time.

Changes become effective upon publication on the Platform unless otherwise stated.

Continued use of the Platform following publication of revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
