Content Removal & Takedown Policy

1. Purpose
FanzCentral (“Platform”), operated by Presstige LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), is committed to maintaining a safe, lawful, respectful, and compliant environment for creators, subscribers, and users worldwide.
This Content Removal & Takedown Policy establishes the procedures for reporting, reviewing, removing, disabling, restricting, preserving, and, where appropriate, reinstating content that may violate applicable laws, Platform policies, payment processor requirements, or the rights of third parties.
This Policy forms part of the Platform’s Terms & Conditions, Community Guidelines, Age Verification Policy, Anti-Human Trafficking Policy, Privacy Policy, and Complaints & Appeals Policy.
2. Scope
- This Policy applies to all content available on the Platform, including:
- Images;
- Videos;
- Audio recordings;
- Livestreams;
- Messages;
- Comments;
- Profile information;
- Promotional materials;
- User-generated content; and
- Any other content made available through the Platform.
3. Content Subject to Removal
- The Company may remove, disable, restrict, or investigate content that:
- Violates applicable laws;
- Violates Platform policies;
- Infringes intellectual property rights;
- Contains false or fraudulent information;
- Involves underage individuals;
- Depicts or promotes human trafficking;
- Contains non-consensual content;
- Contains revenge pornography;
- Contains deepfake or unauthorized synthetic content;
- Promotes escort services or prostitution;
- Facilitates illegal activities;
- Involves coercion, exploitation, or abuse; or
- Otherwise creates legal, regulatory, safety, or compliance concerns.
4. Reporting Content Users, rights holders, law
- enforcement agencies, advocacy organizations, payment processors, and members of the public may report content believed to violate this Policy. Reports may include concerns relating to:
- Underage content;
- Human trafficking;
- Sexual exploitation;
- Non-consensual content;
- Harassment;
- Impersonation;
- Fraud;
- Copyright infringement;
- Trademark infringement;
- Privacy violations; or
- Other unlawful conduct. Reports should be submitted to: complaints@fanzcentral.com
5. Required Information for
- Reports To assist investigations, reports should include where available:
- Identification of the content;
- The URL or location of the content;
- Description of the alleged violation;
- Supporting evidence;
- Contact information of the complainant; and
- Any other information reasonably necessary for investigation. Failure to provide complete information may delay review.
6. Acknowledgement of
Reports The Company will generally acknowledge receipt of a complaint or takedown request within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt.
Acknowledgement does not constitute a determination regarding the merits of the complaint.
7. Review and Investigation
- Upon receipt of a report, the Company may:
- Review the reported content;
- Conduct internal investigations;
- Request additional information;
- Review verification records;
- Review account activity;
- Consult legal advisors;
- Consult compliance providers; and
- Take interim protective measures where appropriate. The Company will generally seek to complete an initial review within three (3) to five (5) business days, although complex matters may require additional time.
8. Emergency Content Removal
- The Company may immediately remove, disable, or restrict content without prior notice where it reasonably believes the content may involve:
- Minors;
- Child exploitation;
- Human trafficking;
- Sexual exploitation;
- Non-consensual activity;
- Fraudulent verification;
- Serious safety concerns;
- Court orders; or
- Other urgent legal or compliance risks. Emergency action may be taken before completion of a full investigation.
9. Preservation of Evidence
- Where appropriate, the Company may preserve content, account records, communications, verification records, transaction records, and related information before or after removal. Evidence may be retained for:
- Investigations;
- Law enforcement requests;
- Regulatory compliance;
- Litigation;
- Fraud prevention; and
- Risk management purposes.
0. Copyright and Intellectual Property
- Complaints Rights holders may submit complaints alleging copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property infringement. The Company may:
- Remove allegedly infringing content;
- Request proof of ownership;
- Request supporting documentation;
- Notify affected users; and
- Take any other action reasonably necessary to investigate the complaint. Knowingly false infringement claims may result in enforcement action.
1. User Notification
- Where appropriate and legally permissible, the Company may notify affected users regarding:
- Removal of content;
- Restriction of content;
- Account actions;
- Requests for information; or
- Investigation outcomes. The Company reserves the right to withhold notice where doing so may compromise safety, investigations, legal obligations, or compliance requirements.
2. Counter-Notice Procedure
- Where content has been removed based upon a complaint, infringement allegation, mistaken identification, or similar report, affected users may submit a counter-notice where permitted by applicable law. Counter-notices should include:
- Identification of the removed content;
- A description of the basis for contesting the removal;
- Supporting evidence;
- Contact information; and
- Any other information reasonably requested by the Company. Submission of a counter-notice does not guarantee reinstatement of content. The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation before considering any reinstatement request.
3. Reinstatement of Content Content removed under
- this Policy may be reinstated where the Company determines that:
- No violation occurred;
- The report was submitted in error;
- The complaint lacks sufficient merit;
- Required documentation has been provided; or
- Reinstatement is otherwise appropriate. The Company is under no obligation to restore content and retains sole discretion regarding reinstatement decisions.
4. Appeals
Users who disagree with a content removal decision may submit an appeal pursuant to the Platform’s Complaints & Appeals Policy.
Appeals must be submitted within the timeframes established by the Complaints & Appeals Policy.
The Company may request additional information, documentation, verification materials, or supporting evidence during the appeals process.
The Company’s final appeal determination shall be binding except where otherwise required by applicable law.
5. Repeat Violators
- Users who repeatedly upload, publish, distribute, promote, or engage with content that violates Platform policies may be subject to enhanced enforcement measures. Such measures may include:
- Increased monitoring;
- Demonetization;
- Content restrictions;
- Temporary suspension; and
- Permanent account termination. The Company reserves sole discretion in determining whether a user qualifies as a repeat violator.
6. Law Enforcement and Regulatory Cooperation
- The Company may cooperate with:
- Law enforcement agencies;
- Regulatory authorities;
- Child protection organizations;
- Anti-trafficking organizations;
- Courts;
- Government agencies; and
- Other authorized entities. Where permitted or required by law, the Company may disclose information relating to investigations involving:
- Child safety concerns;
- Human trafficking;
- Sexual exploitation;
- Fraud;
- Identity theft;
- Intellectual property violations; or
- Other unlawful conduct.
7. Payment Processor Compliance
The Company may cooperate with payment processors, acquiring banks, card networks, fraud prevention providers, compliance partners, and other financial institutions regarding content moderation, investigations, chargeback prevention, trafficking concerns, fraud prevention, and policy enforcement.
Content, accounts, or transactions creating payment processor compliance concerns may be restricted, suspended, investigated, or terminated.
The Company reserves the right to take any action reasonably necessary to maintain compliance with payment processor requirements and industry standards.
8. No Obligation to Host Content
- Users acknowledge that the Platform is a privately operated service. The Company is not obligated to host, publish, distribute, display, maintain, or continue displaying any content. The Company may remove, disable, restrict, demonetize, or refuse content at its sole discretion where it determines that doing so is necessary for:
- Safety;
- Compliance;
- Risk management;
- Business operations;
- Legal obligations; or
- Protection of the Platform and its users.
9. Good-Faith Reporting Individuals who submit reports
in good faith shall not be penalized solely because a report is later determined to be unsubstantiated.
However, knowingly false, malicious, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading reports may result in enforcement action under the Platform’s policies.
0. International Compliance
This Policy applies globally.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their activities comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and legal requirements within their jurisdiction.
Where local laws impose stricter requirements regarding content moderation, content removal, child protection, privacy, trafficking prevention, consumer protection, or reporting obligations, the stricter requirements shall apply.
The Company reserves the right to restrict access or take additional compliance measures in jurisdictions presenting elevated legal or regulatory risk.

The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, supplement, or update this Policy at any time.
Changes become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
Continued use of the Platform following publication of revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
