This agreement applies to all individuals ("Content Providers") who upload or generate content on PRESSTIGE LLC. By registering as a creator and checking the agreement box at signup, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms & Conditions.
1. Prohibited activity
You agree not to engage in any activity that is illegal or otherwise violates our standards, card network rules, or applicable law, including content involving minors, non-consensual acts, trafficking, or prohibited categories listed in our Terms.
2. Consent of depicted persons
You must obtain and keep on record written consent from every person depicted in your content, including:
- Consent to be depicted in the content
- Consent to allow public distribution and upload to PRESSTIGE LLC
- If content may be downloaded by other users, consent to allow downloading
3. Identity and age verification
You must verify the identity and age of all persons depicted in your content to ensure they are adults. You must complete government-issued ID verification through our designated process before publishing content publicly. You must provide supporting documents upon request.
4. Your likeness
You grant permission for PRESSTIGE LLC to use and display your images and likeness publicly on the website in connection with your creator profile and content, as acknowledged separately at signup.
5. Pre-publication review
All uploaded content is subject to review before publication. Content may remain private or pending until approved by our moderation team.
