Reporting content
If you believe any content on our website may be illegal or otherwise violates our standards, you may report it by emailing support@fanzcentral.com or by using the CCBill content removal request form.
Review timeline
All complaints will be reviewed and resolved within 5 business days. We will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the complainant when contact information is provided.
Review process
- We acknowledge receipt of your complaint.
- Our compliance team reviews the reported content against our Terms, applicable law, and card network standards.
- We may request additional information from the complainant or content provider.
- We issue a decision and take appropriate action on the content.
Possible outcomes
- Content removed or restricted from public access
- Content remains available with no violation found
- Account warning, suspension, or termination of the content provider
- Referral to law enforcement where required by law
