Reporting content

If you believe any content on our website may be illegal or otherwise violates our standards, you may report it by emailing support@fanzcentral.com or by using the CCBill content removal request form.

Review timeline

All complaints will be reviewed and resolved within 5 business days. We will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the complainant when contact information is provided.

Review process

  1. We acknowledge receipt of your complaint.
  2. Our compliance team reviews the reported content against our Terms, applicable law, and card network standards.
  3. We may request additional information from the complainant or content provider.
  4. We issue a decision and take appropriate action on the content.

Possible outcomes

  • Content removed or restricted from public access
  • Content remains available with no violation found
  • Account warning, suspension, or termination of the content provider
  • Referral to law enforcement where required by law
