2257 Compliance Statement

This 2257 Compliance Statement and Exemption Notice (“Statement”) is provided by Presstige LLC, operator of FanzCentral (“Platform,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), to address compliance with applicable record-keeping requirements under 18 U.S.C. § 2257, 28 C.F.R.

Part 75, and other applicable laws.

This Statement should be read together with the Platform’s Terms & Conditions, Creator & Content Provider Agreement, Age Verification Policy, Anti-Human Trafficking Policy, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and other Platform policies.

• FanzCentral operates as an online platform that allows independent creators and content providers to upload, publish, distribute, and monetize content. FanzCentral does not generally:
• Produce content;
• Create content;
• Film content;
• Direct content;
• Stage content;
• Employ performers appearing in creator-generated content;
• Recruit performers;
• Arrange performances; or
• Participate in the creation of creator-generated content. Independent creators are solely responsible for the content they create, upload, distribute, and monetize through the Platform.

• Each creator using the Platform is solely responsible for:
• Verifying the age of all persons appearing in content;
• Obtaining legally valid consent from all participants;
• Maintaining all required records;
• Complying with applicable laws;
• Complying with record-keeping obligations;
• Complying with Platform policies; and
• Ensuring that all content is lawfully produced and distributed. Creators represent and warrant that all individuals appearing in uploaded content are legally verified adults and have provided informed and voluntary consent.

FanzCentral relies upon the exemptions available under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and applicable regulations because the Platform functions primarily as an online service provider, intermediary, distributor, host, and publisher of creator-generated content rather than a producer of such content.

The Platform does not generally act as a primary producer, secondary producer, or creator of creator-generated content submitted by independent users.

Accordingly, records relating to the age and identity of performers appearing in creator-generated content are maintained by the applicable creator or content provider responsible for producing such content.

• Verification Requirements Notwithstanding the foregoing, FanzCentral maintains strict age verification requirements and requires creators to complete Platform verification procedures before uploading or monetizing content. Such procedures may include:
• Government-issued identification review;
• Selfie verification;
• Liveness verification;
• Third-party verification procedures;
• Compliance reviews; and
• Additional verification measures deemed appropriate by the Company. The Platform maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage content, age misrepresentation, child exploitation, or any violation of applicable age-related laws.

• The Company reserves the right to:
• Review content;
• Request documentation;
• Conduct compliance reviews;
• Suspend accounts;
• Remove content;
• Preserve records;
• Investigate reports;
• Refer matters to authorities; and
• Take any action reasonably necessary to maintain legal and regulatory compliance. Nothing in this Statement limits the Company’s right to enforce Platform policies or applicable laws.

• The Company may cooperate with:
• Law enforcement agencies;
• Regulatory authorities;
• Child protection organizations;
• Payment processors;
• Financial institutions; and
• Other authorized entities. Where required or permitted by law, the Company may disclose information relating to investigations involving age verification, child safety, fraud, exploitation, trafficking, unlawful conduct, or compliance matters.

• FanzCentral strictly prohibits:
• Content involving minors;
• Child sexual exploitation material;
• Grooming;
• Age misrepresentation;
• Fraudulent age verification;
• Circumvention of Platform safeguards; and
• Any conduct that may endanger minors. Any suspected violation may result in immediate content removal, account termination, preservation of evidence, and referral to appropriate authorities.

The Company reserves the right to modify, supplement, amend, or update this Statement at any time to reflect changes in law, regulations, industry standards, payment processor requirements, or Platform operations.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updated version of this Statement.
